Connection Instructions
When you click the button below and enter the ID number supplied, a file will download to your computer.
Please double click the downloaded file (you may not see anything happen) then alert us so we can connect and assist.

After you download and run the file, there is one more step required if you are on a Mac.
How to set up Mac OS to allow screen sharing and control
Click on the Apple Menu at the top left, and open System Settings, or System Preferences.
Click on Privacy and Security on the left side, then scroll to Screen Recording.
Look for NRStreamer and turn it ON. Enter your Mac system password if asked.
Click on Privacy and Security again, then click Accessibility, there should be a line for NRStreamer, turn it ON with the switch on the right. Enter your Mac system password if asked.
